airport shuttle luggage scale helpful staff
The location is excellent. It is only a few minutes to the airport shuttle. I found a luggage scale available, a very useful amenity. The staff was also helpful.
The room overlooked the back lane. It was quite noisy at night.

central location continental breakfast friendly staff
the hotel location was very central, near transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. the breakfast provided a lot of choice for a continental style service. i found most of the staff to be friendly, and they seemed helpful throughout my stay.
the room i stayed in felt quite small, and there was barely room to move around comfortably.

The room included quality toiletries. I also found good blackout curtains. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. i found everything i needed in the room.

the breakfast had many fresh choices, including fruit, yogurt, and smoked salmon. there were also baked goods and a good selection of coffee and fruit juices available. i also saw that the hotel offers evening meals in the bar.

the hotel is ideally located near a bus and train station. the hotel is located in a safe area. i also found art galleries within easy reach from the hotel.

the staff were amazing, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. the front reception employees were especially helpful. i noted the staff were smiling and cute.

mixed feelings about the stay
small room inadequate blinds
The room was surprisingly small. Maneuvering around it reminded me of a strategic exercise. the air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. It alternated between freezing me out and pretending to be off. also, the promised blackout blinds were more like 'dim-out' blinds. The streetlights outside staged a nightly rave in my room.

fantastic location lovely breakfast small room luggage rack
the location was really fantastic, close to everything. the breakfast was lovely too, it could satisfy all types of appetites. it was just awesome!!!
The rooms are beyond small.. a suitcase hardly fit on the floor, i found no luggage rack. there was zero space for makeup and getting ready. It felt quite cramped.

some issues
small room dusty bathroom
the room felt smaller than advertised. i also noticed some issues with cleanliness. the bedding had some small black dots, and there was dust in the bathroom beneath the sink. also, the tap mixer was too close to the sink, so i found it difficult to control the water temperature properly.

the location proved very convenient near transit options. the included breakfast offered a good selection of items each morning. staff members were consistently friendly and available for assistance. i found the proximity to local attractions beneficial for exploring.
the room i had was a bit smaller than expected for the price point.
